Secretary / Customer Service Assistant

Full Time, Monday – Friday, 1000-1800 hrs


• Respond to client requests via telephone and email

• Control all shipments that have not been delivered and provide updates to clients

• Contact consignees for re-deliveries

• Provide clients with quotations and verify express pricing

• Provide certain clients with weekly status reports

• Encode special/express deliveries for the following day as required

• Some stock handling

• Provide support to supervisor and team members as required


• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure

• Proficient in French, English and Dutch

• Flexible work hours

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team

• Must be pro-active and have the ability to take initiative

• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
