TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  The shipper is responsible for the transmission and correct labelling of items it requires PMC International to handle.


2.  The shipper must provide PMC International in writing the correct name, address, telephone number of the consignee; the weight and number of items; any special instructions. This information must also be visible on the packages.


3.  PMC International can not be held responsible for the loss or delay in delivery or misrouting of packages if it has not received the information stated above (2).


4.  The shipper is responsible for the secure packaging of its products. PMC International will not assume responsibility for any damage resulting from the inadequate packaging of its products. The shipper will be held liable for damages caused to other parcels due to inadequate packaging.


5.  PMC International will not assume responsibility for damage or destruction of parcels requiring special care if it has not received special delivery instructions.


6.  In case of damage, destruction or loss, the carrier's liability is limited to a maximum of 12.39 Euro per kg gross transported. High risk materials are to be covered by the sender's insurance.


7.  It is the responsibility of the consignee to report any visible damage to the item(s) he/she has received when he/she signs for receipt on the driver delivery document.


8.  PMC International will not accept any claims of damage 48 hours after delivery and claims of loss 30 days from date of shipment.


9.  Invoices are payable within 30 days from date of billing.


10.  Any legal claims against PMC International must be handled by the Courts of Brussels.
